Refund Policy

ONEMILLIONNOTES™ reviews note submissions before they enter the public archive. This policy explains when refunds may be available.

There are two different types of payment on the site:

• Note submission payment — required to submit a note for review (authorised at checkout and collected on approval)
• Optional creator support — including the £3 “buy me a coffee” tier and custom support amounts

For checkouts that authorise payment, rejection releases the full card hold, including optional creator support, without collecting payment. An expired hold also prevents publication. A released authorisation is not a refund; your bank may take time to remove the pending hold.

Rejected notes are not published in the public archive. If payment was already collected (including earlier immediate-payment checkouts), the note submission payment will be refunded on rejection. The optional-support terms below apply to support that has already been collected.

Optional creator support — including “buy me a coffee” and custom donation amounts — is separate from note publication. These collected payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or made in error.

Once a note is approved and added to the archive, refunds for the note submission payment are generally not available unless required by law or there is a genuine processing or payment error.

If you believe you were charged twice or made a payment in error, contact us at support@onemillionnotes.com with the details and we will review the request.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Refunds may take several working days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

ONEMILLIONNOTES™ may refuse service, block submissions, and decline refund requests where abuse, spam, or repeated policy breaches are involved.
